Do I need to complete an assessment first?
Yes. Before beginning your lesson package, you will complete a 20-minute demonstration lesson. This allows us to assess your English level, understand your goals and prepare suitable lesson materials.
How are the lessons structured?
Each lesson is based on a structured unit that includes vocabulary, useful expressions, grammar, speaking, pronunciation, listening practice and homework. Lessons are personalised according to your needs and goals.
When will I receive my lesson materials?
Your unit will be emailed to you after each lesson. This allows you to participate fully during the class and review the material afterwards.
Where do lessons take place?
All lessons are conducted online using Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom.
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson is 60 minutes long for adults and teenagers but 45 minutes for children
How much do lessons cost?
The rate is $8 per 45-minute lesson. $20 per 60-minute private lesson and $17 per group lesson. Payment is made through PayPal.
Is there a minimum lesson package?
Yes. Students must book a minimum package of 15 lessons.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Requests received less than 24 hours before the lesson cannot be accepted.
